Associate Software Engineer - II
Took a pre-product startup to a market ready product, leading several feature implementations for the backend team, improving DX for team members, and value for users. Worked across the board on full-stack features, core platform features, backend architecture and even codebase security compliance.
- Architected the fault-tolerant, reliable, workflow builder through reusable, generalized, user-configurable modules.
- Delivered an enterprise-grade DMS backend, with full-text document AI search.
- Led the internal Data Protection Committee and achieved GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance ensuring high security standards in the team after a significant refactor.
- Built a large number of external integration and core logic modules, including google-sheets, path-router, document-processing for workflow system, handling branching, conditional flow and OAuth integrations for the system.
- Established necessary developer collaboration standards for the backend team, exponentially shooting up code quality and reducing tech debt.

Identified a gap in competitive esports practice, built the MVP from scratch, and grew it from zero to 150+ beta users bootstrapped as a student. Built an end to end sports data platform that allowed practice match review.
- Developed OCR-driven pipeline that cut match data collection from 30+ minutes to under 3 minutes, depreciating the in-use manual note-taking methods.
- Engineered client-side processing of 20+ image screens to optimize for negligible server load due to cost optimization demonstrating problem-solving ability.
- Built and packaged these 5000+ lines of code combining OCR models, image processing, and business logic on to client with minimal onboarding complexity by building a seperate launcher application.
- Cultivated an engaging a community of 150+ beta users via Discord, Reddit, and Twitter.
